Track Your Order

Waiting for your TrendyzTech order? Here's how to check where it is.

1. Check your order confirmation

When your order is dispatched, we'll send you the available courier name and tracking number.

Your tracking number is what you'll need to check the shipment's progress with the courier.

If you have only recently placed your order, remember that it may take up to 24 hours to be processed and dispatched.

2. Track your parcel with the courier

Use the tracking number provided in your dispatch message on the courier's tracking system.

Tracking information may take a few hours to become active after dispatch. If nothing appears immediately, don't worry try again later the same day.

3. Still can't find your order?

If it has been more than 5 working days since dispatch, or your tracking information has not moved for 48 hours, contact us with your order number.

We'll check the available information and follow up with the courier where necessary.

Common delivery situations

The courier says my parcel was delivered, but I haven't received it

First, check with other members of your household, building reception, security, neighbours, or anyone else who may have accepted the parcel for you.

If you still cannot locate it, contact us the same day with your order number so we can follow up with the courier.

I missed the delivery

Courier partners normally make more than one delivery attempt.

If the courier contacted you, respond to their call or message to arrange another suitable delivery attempt.

If the parcel is returned to us after unsuccessful attempts, contact us so we can discuss the available options. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

I need to change my delivery address

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.

We'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

After dispatch, the parcel is already with the courier, so you may need to contact the courier directly using your tracking information.

My tracking number isn't working

New tracking numbers may take a few hours to appear in the courier's system.

If your tracking number still isn't showing any information later the same day, contact us and we'll help check it.

My order is taking longer than expected

Most TrendyzTech orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch, although remote locations and unexpected courier delays can take longer.

If it's been more than 5 working days since dispatch, send us your order number and we'll follow up.
