Shipping Policy

Please review the timeframes and charges below and adjust them to match your actual courier arrangements before going live.

Where we ship

We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders placed before our daily cut-off are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within two to five working days. Remote areas may take a little longer. These are courier estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. If a free-shipping threshold applies, it will also be shown there.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

Failed or refused deliveries

Couriers usually attempt delivery more than once. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may incur a further shipping charge.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, though we will always try to help.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and contact us the same day at [ADD YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL].
