Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are normally processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, promotions, or unexpected circumstances, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Once your order has been dispatched, most deliveries arrive within 2–5 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders across Pakistan.
For COD orders, payment is made directly to the courier when your parcel arrives.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and have the required amount ready for payment.
Repeated refusal or failure to receive COD orders may result in COD being restricted on future orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll provide the available courier and tracking information.
Tracking may take a few hours to become active after dispatch. If your tracking number does not show movement immediately, please check again later.

Courier partners may make more than one delivery attempt if you are unavailable.
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, was refused, or was not collected, we'll contact you where possible to discuss the next steps.
If you request the parcel to be sent again, additional shipping charges may apply.
Please carefully check your delivery address and phone number before placing your order.
An incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address can cause delivery delays or result in a parcel being returned to us.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the information.
Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, address changes may need to be handled directly with the courier.
If your parcel appears visibly damaged when it arrives, please take clear photographs of the package and product before disposing of any packaging.
Contact us as soon as possible on the same day with your order number and photographs or video showing the damage.
We'll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
While we work with our courier partners to provide reliable delivery, some delays may occur outside our control.
These may include severe weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect address information, unexpected operational issues, or other circumstances affecting the delivery network.
