All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Placing an Order

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted. We may contact you to verify order details, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.

We may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Product information or pricing contains an error.
  • The delivery address cannot be serviced.
  • We are unable to verify the order.
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

 

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

For COD orders, payment is made directly to the courier when your order is delivered.

Please provide an accurate phone number and delivery address when placing your order so that the courier can contact you if necessary.

Repeated refusal, abandonment, or failure to receive COD orders may result in COD being restricted or removed from future orders.

 

7. Online Payments

Where online payment options are available, payments are processed through the payment method or payment service presented during checkout.

We do not intentionally store complete payment-card details on our own systems. Payment information may be processed by the relevant third-party payment provider according to its own terms and privacy practices.

 

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate requests made before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the shipment.

We deliver orders across Pakistan through courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
