3. Products and pricing
We try to describe and price every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will tell you if that happens.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the address cannot be delivered to, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
5. Payment and Cash on Delivery
Payment is due at checkout, unless you select Cash on Delivery, in which case payment is due to the courier at the point of delivery. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels may result in this option being withdrawn for future orders.

8. Using the products safely
